Abstract:
Multicultural Issues Board members will present a multiperspective identity model aimed at increasing awareness of cultural diversity within oneself and provide examples of “when a difference makes a difference.” Participants will be engaged in discussion/an activity regarding the impact of client and clinician individual differences on clinical service delivery.

Learner Outcome 2: Describe how two of their cultural differences potentially impact clinical service delivery
Learner Outcome 3: Evaluate their own level of cultural competence based on the multi-perspective identity model/activity
