Summary
This town hall will provide high-level information on the U.S. State Department's ongoing space diplomacy efforts and offer an opportunity for direct engagement with the space science community. Representatives from the Office of Space Affairs will highlight the newly launched Strategic Framework for Space Diplomacy that shapes how we facilitate international collaborations and partnerships, overview our work on the Dark and Quiet Skies initiative and the space environment more generally, and preview a proposal for an International Lunar Year. We welcome your questions on the international dimensions of space policy and its intersection with the astronomy community.
